API Performance Degradation

The issue causing degraded performance with our API has been fully resolved, and all services are back to normal. The root cause was identified as a misconfiguration in the load balancer, which was forwarding requests to nodes that were not ready.
We are now working on a permanent configuration fix to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
