The recent outage was caused by an unsuccessful cluster upgrade, which is a standard procedure we've been conducting regularly every 2-3 months for the past five years without issue.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this unexpected situation may have caused. In light of this event, we've taken steps to strengthen our approach to prevent any similar incidents from occurring in the future. This includes refining our disaster recovery plans to ensure faster response and recovery times.

To add another layer of precaution, we've made the decision to suspend our automatic upgrading procedure for our clusters. Moving forward, we plan to establish a staging cluster to thoroughly test all platform upgrades prior to implementing them in the production environment.
