📢 Note on SMS Delivery Service Outage

Our 3rd-party email provider experienced an outage on their EU SMTP servers, but this did not impact our customers, as we do not use their SMTP service.

However, since we forward their status updates to our status page, this automatically created an outage record. No action was required on our end.

All systems remain fully operational. ✅

We experienced high load on our API, which led to multiple short outages (~1 minute each). The issue has been resolved, and all systems are now operating normally.

To prevent future disruptions, we have optimized our scaling settings, making our infrastructure more flexible and responsive to traffic spikes.
